50 Minutes. This option gives you the opportunity to access counselling from the comfort of your own home. You will need access to either a laptop or a phone and you are good to go. 

60 minute or 90 minute sessions available. I can provide guidance and support as you tackle new challenges.  We can discuss strategies, troubleshoot any difficulties, and celebrate your successes together. I am passionate about working with counsellors of all stages as well as practitioners from outside the counselling profession.

90 minute session. Minimum number of people x3. I can help you navigate complex group dynamics, explore different approaches to organisational struggles, and ensure a safe and productive space for your team to grow in cohesion. I have many years of experience of group facilitation and have a keen eye to group dynamics which can provide you helpful insights into team.
